BYS is affiliated with and governed by The Chicagoland Youth Football League (TCYFL). The TCYFL determines all rules, schedules and anything involved with the overall league affecting all communities. USA Football

BYS is a member of USA Football’s league affiliation membership. USA Football, www.usafootball.com, is the sport’s national governing body in the United States and is the official youth football development partner of the NFL and its 32 teams. BYS has partnered with USA Football to provide every family individual access (you should receive an email) to the site and its features.
